Can you believe we are already 1/3 of the way through January? I have to confess, I always find January the toughest month to get through. Typically the weather is the coldest and sometimes drops down to the minus 50s (at least where I live). Overall its cold and we are inside much more than normal. However, this year I have been super motivated (maybe it’s the milder weather?) so to keep my motivation going for myself, and to motivate you, I have compiled a list of helpful items to Set Yourself up for Success in 2021!
Today I’m sharing items I use and help me stay on track for success and even motivate me to start the new year off on the right foot!

Before I get into how to set yourself up for success in 2021, I have been searching everywhere and want to share with you an affordable workout! I cannot say enough good things about this investment. From someone who never even wore a watch, I thought I would have a hard time adjusting to wearing one every day. Instead, it is the first thing I put on in the morning and I love tracking all my movement throughout the day. Sometimes just because we are “busy” doesn’t mean we are moving our bodies enough during the day.
Since adding collagen to my morning coffee I have noticed less achy joints, especially after working out. My hair and nails have also been growing faster too!

I had to throw some skincare in the mix because we should all commit to taking good care of our skin in 2021! My two favorites are Rosehip Seed Oil and E-Cream which saves my skin during dry winter weather has SPF, and is perfect year-round.

If I am running around during the day this is hands down my favorite water bottle to carry with me. It is stainless steel, fits in my cup holder and I prefer to avoid drinking water from plastic at all costs. Not only for the environment but for my health.
