Fresh Healthy Homemade Greek Tzatziki

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grated cucumber (fine side)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup 2% Icelandic or Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze in paper towel or cloth to remove excess liquid.
  • Combine all the of the ingredients in a bowl, including the cucumber and stir to combine. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
