Ingredients

grated cucumber (fine side)

2% Icelandic or Greek Yogurt, plain

fresh lemon juice

tbsp
fresh chopped dill

cloves garlic
Instructions
Grate the cucumber and squeeze in paper towel or cloth to remove excess liquid.
Combine all the of the ingredients in a bowl, including the cucumber and stir to combine. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
