In a blender or food processor combine the almond milk, strawberries and honey. Blend until combined.
Pour into a glass storage container. Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 10 mintues then stir again. Cover and transfre to teh fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
When the strawberry chia seed pudding is firm, layer in a bowl or mason jar and add fun toppings such as cut up fruit, unsweetened coconut, cacao nibs granola and more!
