High-Protein Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (Fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 cup ice (if using fresh banana)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
  • **If using frozen banana you can omit the ice. If you are a peanut free home, omit the nuts and it is still delicious!
