Ingredients

banana (Fresh or frozen)

gluten-free rolled oats

cup
almond milk

chopped pecans or walnuts

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
cloves
1/2
cup
ice (if using fresh banana)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
**If using frozen banana you can omit the ice. If you are a peanut free home, omit the nuts and it is still delicious!
