Healthier Big Mac Sauce

primal kitchen mayo

tbsp
dill pickle relish

tbsp
sugar free ketchup (I like Good Food for Good)

mustard

garlic powder

onion powder

organic cane sugar

tsp
white vinegar

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray cassorole dish (9x13) with extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil and set aside.
Heat a large cast iron pan or skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and cookstirring frequently.
Fill a large pot with water and add 1 tsp salt. When water is boiling, add pasta and cook pasta for 6 minutes (you want it to be 2/3 cooked).
Combine the meat mixture, noodles and remaining ingredients (only half of cheese) in casserole dish and stir to combine. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Healthier Big Mac Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Is also delicious with homemade fries!
Top with chopped dill pickles and healthier big mac sauce! Or add more of your favourite toppings such as: diced tomatoes, jalapeƱos, fresh onion
